On September 11, 2020, a drunk driver crashed at the intersection of Highway 14 and Canon Road in Greenville County, SC resulting in the death of 4 people.
The impaired driver, Richard Plowden, had a history of bad driving and substance abuse. Unfortunately, he still got behind the wheel and ended up killing four people.
Plowden plead guilty and was sentenced to 35 years in prison.
